CANCELLATION POLICY
At The Chair – Gentlemen’s Grooming, every appointment is thoughtfully scheduled to give your service the time and attention it deserves. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 1 hour’s notice. • Cancellations made with less than 1 hour’s notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount. You are considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time without notice. Late Arrival Policy: A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, please contact me as soon as possible. Pending availability, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid overlapping with other clients. By placing a card on file, you acknowledge and consent to this policy. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of other clients.
